and we were transported to another world indeed.
to play music to a pleasure seeking audience in such a setting?
next day, a jamming set on the neverworlds stage, in under the trees.
afterwards, dalbo had asa up on his drum kit.

Dancing to Brothers at Faerieworlds was a much agreed upon new highlight of the festival - thank you for the excellent time, from a new fan. I wish I'd been over at the Neverworld stage to see your wee son jamming, that's so cute!
ReplyDeleteThe sheer joy of creating music just seems to pour from you guys and into the audience. No wonder all who saw you guys play love you! Thanks for sharing your music and vitality with us all.
ReplyDeleteI have Choreographed to BROTHER's music for many events. From fundraisers for dying children, diabetes and Musicians who lost instruments in Katrina. I've used Brother's music for my dancers in arts festivals in the Quartz Mountains of Oklahoma, the beaches of Malibu and the high rises of New York City and one thing is universally agreed upon--If you're dancing to BROTHER'S music it's going to be the highlight!
ReplyDeleteThank you guys for your magic.

Oh and BROTHER'S music is also often the high point of TV shows--stay tuned for more :)
Angus that is so precious! I am so happy for you!
ReplyDeleteOh how cute Asa jammin' with D'Albo reminds me of when I was a wee girl and my grandpa Green (mom's dad) used to do the same thing with me. Must be a Celtic thing :-) Hope you're bringing wee Asa to Pleasanton I'm dying to meet him and see your lovely wife again. Tell her I miss her at the concerts
ReplyDeleteGotta say, of the years I've been a Faerieworlds goer, you guys were probably one of my favorite acts. I wish I could express how happy I am to have encountered your music and had the good luck to have encountered it live and in such a wonderful setting.
ReplyDeleteI also can't quite express just how adorable that picture of you and your son is! :)
It was amazing to hear you and see your live show at Faerieworlds, it was my first introduction to your music, and what a way to be introduced, dancing on stage during your song was one of the high points of the festival... saw your son jamming out on the Neverworlds stage... adorable!
